Practising Seven Quality Management Principles is as simple as when you want to approach your crush
There are many management principles out there, and I think it’s impossible to remember everything.
But when you approach it intuitively with instinct, you are most certainly going to get closer to it.

Let’s take one example, say..the Seven Quality Management Principles, what are they consist of:
- Customer Focus
- Leadership
- Enggagement of People
- Process Approach
- Improvement
- Evidence-Based Decision Making
- Relationship Management
When you are trying to get to know your crush, you will definitely be very focus on his/her every details (Customer Focus) this is important to get all the right datas for your great plan.
Next is having the courage to start a conversation with him/her and this takes a lot of courage (Leadership) to face any rejection that might come in a way.
Finally, you managed to talk to him/her but that’s not enough, you still have to get to know all the people in his/her life. This is where your social skills come into play (Enggagement of People).
Once you’ve built rapport and start a relationship with him/her sadly, not everyday is going to be sunshines and rainbows, you will one day start having a bad day with your crush. But, you can’t give up easily..you have to enjoy the process (Process Approach) and manage to keep it all solid together.
Eventually you will start to get used to all of his/her feelings, the dos and don’ts, you will then become a lot wiser too (Improvement).
Then you will want to take this relationship even further which is going to take a lot of consideration and thinking (Evidence-Based Decision Making).
Finally you get the man/woman of your dream, you’ve mastered the art of relationship, then you will start sharing your experiences to other people and giving out your personal life advices on how to stay in a relationship (Relationship Management).
So there you go, it’s not that complicated when you live it.
