Hack Your Company to Work In Your Benefit

No companies in this world really care about your future..really..let’s face it. Their main focus is on making a profit and maybe doing something good along the way if that’s possible.

Realizing this, making me even certain to work smart for your own benefit. Always focus on developing yourself, your skills, your experiences and your connections while using your current company’s resources. As long as it is legal, and nobody gets hurt along the way then it’s perfectly fine.

At every opportunity that I had, I always spare some budget from my income to further my education, always aim to have more certifications, skills and make sure that it is on-demand in your industry. Do what not many people are willing to do then people will surely be looking for you.

This is equivalent as to creating your own opportunity, taking charge of your own destiny, instead of letting your company controls your future.

Lastly, keep humble and act like you are uneducated all the time, you will get many more knowledge this way.
