Some of us view working as part of our go to goal to accomplishment. thus to be successful people tend to be working hard to be successful.

What they don’t realize is working hard actually decreases your brain functions and increases your stress hormone. So it turns out that working hard might be your recipe of disaster instead of your success. You see in order to be successful, one has to be in harmony and focus on their body and senses. So instead of working hard why don’t we work joyfully.
